IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 4 (1) of the Human Resource Management Professionals (Elections to the Council) Regulations, 2015, as read together with section 7(1) (a) of the Human Resource Management Professionals Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Public Service, Human Capital Development and Special Programmes appoints— DALMAS PHILIP ODERO to be the Chairperson of the Institute of Human Resource Management Council, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 29th August, 2025.
