IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (2) of the National Cereals and Produce Board Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture and Livestock Development appoints— WINNIE C. BEAUTTAH to be a Member of the Board of Directors of the National Cereals and Produce Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 29th August, 2023. The appointment* of Nancy W.
