Notice is hereby given that Kaoyeni Land Project Limited (In- Liquidation), Company No. PVT-ZQUEDP8, in accordance with the Insolvency Act No. 18 of 2015, passed a Special Resolution on 5th September, 2025 to liquidate the company. All creditors of the company are notified to lodge their claims with full particulars that they may have against the company with the undermentioned Liquidator on or before 04th October, 2025 and if so required by the Liquidator shall be required to prove the debt due to them by the company, failure to which the claim shall be excluded from any distribution by the company.
