NOTICE is given that a Petition for the Liquidation of the above- mentioned Company, Media Edge Interactive Limited, of registration number C.86786 was presented by the Official Receiver, acting as Administrator of the Company, on the 16th October, 2024 at the High Court of Kenya, sitting at Milimani Law Courts, Nairobi. The Official Receiver has been appointed as provisional liquidator of the Company, pending the hearing and determination of the liquidation petition. The said Petition is directed to be heard on 17th December, 2025 at the High Court in Nairobi, at 9:00 am or soon thereafter. Any creditor 6376 6376 or contributor of the Company desirous to support or oppose the issuance of the Liquidation Order in the said Petition may appear before the High Court in Nairobi, either in person or by an authorized Advocate, when the matter shall be mentioned/heard. A copy of the Petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the Company requiring a copy, free of charge. The Official Receiver, as Provisional Liquidator, acts on behalf of the company without any personal liability. Dated the 31st July, 2025.
