REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kaleb Kinjabe, of P.O. Box 139, Kapsabet in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that property, situate in Nandi County, registered under title No. Nandi/Kapkangani/1889, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
