REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Guyo Baloni Masindeni, is registered proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.4 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kilifi, registered under title No. Gede/Dabaso/1144, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed in respect of the piece of 19th September, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE land is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a provisional title under provision of section 33 (5).
