E249 OF 2024 By Jesika Arogo Guoma, the deceased’ widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Gwoma Maloa alias Martin Guoma, who died at Ndigwa, on 12th April, 2000. CAUSE NO. E250 OF 2024 By Rukia Salim Achieng, the deceased’ nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onyango Ouma Ouma alias Onyango Ouma, who died at Kobong, on 10th August, 1989. CAUSE NO. E257 OF 2024 By John Owiyo Okelo, of P.O. Box 37, Nyilima in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Okelo Abonyo alias Akelo Abonyo, who died on 21st September, 2001. CAUSE NO. E258 OF 2024 By (1) Alfred Ombogo Ojore and (2) Charles Otieno Ojore, both of P.O. Box 37, Nyilima in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zedekia Ojore Migot alias Ojore Migot, who died on 15th December, 1997.
