E249 OF 2024 By Elija Odhiambo Owuor, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Onyakwaka Ochieng alias Charles Nyakwaka Ochieng, who died at Nyangoma, Bondo, on 21st October, 2006. CAUSE NO. E250 OF 2024 By Caroline Atieno Ndege, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ndege Odhiambo, who died at Usenge, on 2nd December, 2022.
