TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 27th January, 2025 CAUSE NO. E173 OF 2021 By George Koech Magong, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Serina Jepchumba Kiptanui, who died at Kapchemugung Sub-location, on 11th February, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
