TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO E130 OF 2024 By Gladys Kavere Mudaki, of P.O. Box 68, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Barasa Joram Luther and (2) Joram Lutta Shityinganile alias J. Lutta Shiyinganile, who died at Malekha Sub- location, on 17th April, 2018 and 29th July, 2009, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
