TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2024 By Leonard Mweremi Muluda, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muluda Nyagi, who died at Vigulu Sub-location, on 10th January, 1992. CAUSE NO. E529 OF 2024 By Wycliffe Nyavanga Ombima, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Vuluku Kivahali alias Vuluku Kibahali, who died at Lyaduywa Sub- location, on 15th October, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
