TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO E58 OF 2024 By Loice Zighe Chombo, of P.O. Box 74–80305, Mwatate in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Highton Baldwin Chombo Lalu alias Highton B. Chombo Lalu, who died at Kishamba Sub-location, on 26th February, 2016. CAUSE NO E59 OF 2024 By Delvan Mwarondi Shauri, of P.O. Box 1, Mwatate in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shauri Kiatu Mutavi alias Shauri Kiatu Mtavi, who died on 13th August, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
