TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2024 By Siprosa Aoko Orao, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Orao Dwasi alias Richard Rajoro, who died on 30th August, 2002. CAUSE NO. E443 OF 2024 By Consolata Adhiambo Onyango, of P.O. Box 76, Paw Akuche, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Onyango Reru, who died on 28th November, 1993. CAUSE NO E507 OF 2024 By Alice Awasi Musudi, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jared Okumu Masudi, who died on 14th February, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
