Box 55, Sabasaba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kihato Maina, who died at Kigumo Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 6th February, 2022. CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2024 By Jennaro Nduati Gitau, of P.O. Box 85005, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gitau Mithanga, who died at District Hospital, Muranga in Kenya, on 16th July, 1993. CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2024 By Julius Gathii Wairati, of P.O. Box 217, Kangari in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wairati Kiiru, who died at Kinyona, on 13th April, 1977. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
