E320 OF 2024 By Margaret Achieng Ajwang, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Ajwang Olang, who died at Gem East Koyolo, on 20th October, 1975. CAUSE NO. E386 OF 2024 By (1) Millicent Anyango Oching and (2) Rose Akinyi Otieno, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Odira Ogwe, who died at Kanyach Kachar South, on 12th April, 2007. CAUSE NO. E391 OF 2024 By Mary Wamboi Ouma, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yoda Adera, who died at Kajulu, on 15th July, 2002. CAUSE NO. E392 OF 2024 By (1) Felix Onyango Orina and (2) Peter Otieno Orina, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Orina Nanga, who died at Kamenya, on 10th November, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
