TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2024 By Julius Oondo Oure, of P.O. Box 275–40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Otike Owure, who died at Koyeyo Sub-location, on 22nd December, 1987. CAUSE NO. E365 OF 2024 By Mary Akinyi Okech, of P.O. Box 61–40601, Nyamonye in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Okech Guda, who died at Nyamonye Sub-location, on 6th July, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
