TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E335 OF 2024 By (1) Rodah Chebii Kimulwa, (2) Henry Kiprono Lagat and (3) Pasilasa Jebet, all of P.O. Box 2004–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimulwa Lagat, who died at Plateau Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd June, 2013. CAUSE NO. E369 OF 2024 By Dr. Edward Juma Masaikha, of P.O. Box 9301–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joyce Cherotich Nyangwaria, who died at St. Lukes & Trauma Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 28th February, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
