The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to CAUSE NO. E390 OF 2024 By Shadrack Kimeli Tanui, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Augustine Kiptanui Lagat, who died at Kaplamai Sub-location, on 22nd July, 2001.
