TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2024 By (1) Yvonne Marura Nyambu and (2) Benedict Mghanga, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lydia Kulola Nyambu, who died at Kiserian, on 3rd May, 2021. CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2024 By Fredrick Parsitau Rissa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Roipa Rissa, who died at Oloosuyian, on 28th July, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
