TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO E99 OF 2024 By (1) Brian Mutie Mboo and (2) Gloria Wambura Mboo, both of P.O. Box 81–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mboo Mutie alias Paul Mboo, who died on 25th June, 2023. CAUSE NO E106 OF 2024 By (1) Alfred Wambua Muindi and (2) David Muisyo Muindi, both of P.O. Box 81–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Muindi Sila alias Muindi Sila alias Samuel Momindi, who died at Isinga, Kangundo, on 7th May, 1994. CAUSE NO E143 OF 2024 By (1) Teresia Ngina Raphael and (2) Peter Maingi Mutua, both of P.O. Box 396–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutua Kilonzo, who died at Katangini, Matungulu, on 24th August, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
