TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E128 OF 2024 By (1) Esther Wangari Nderitu and (2) David Mutugi Benard, both of P.O. Box 133, Murugi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Nabea Kaithungu, who died at Kianjagi, on 15th December, 2019. CAUSE NO. E213 OF 2024 By Kea Ngaruni, of P.O. Box 752–60400, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Itheru Ngaruni, who died at Marembo Sub-location, on 2nd June, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
