E107 OF 2024 By Moses Macharia Njeri, of P.O. Box 20, Kagio in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Njeri Macharia, who died at Kithumbu Sub-location, on 12th August, 2002. CAUSE NO. E124 OF 2024 By Virginia Njeri Ngaruka, of P.O. Box 11–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mururi Gikunju, who died at Nanyuki Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd September, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
