TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E110 OF 2024 By (1) Simon Burugu and (2) James Waweru, both of P.O. Box 343–172, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gerald Kara Ngugi, who died at Kinamba, on 12th February, 2009. CAUSE NO. E128 OF 2024 By (1) Jane Wanjiru Ngugi, (2) Humphrey Mbugua Ngugi and (3) Monica Wanjiku Ngugi, all of P.O. Box 11, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geoffrey Ngugi Guchu, who died at Karai, on 19th June, 2023. CAUSE NO. E145 OF 2024 By (1) Samuel Nganga Kabaiku and (2) Edward Muraya Kireru, both of P.O. Box 700, Gilgil in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Racheal Waithera Nganga, who died at Naivasha Sub-County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 15th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
