TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E405 OF 2024 By Eunice Wanjiru Nderitu, of P.O. Box 32, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mwihu Kuria alias Mwihu s/o Muiba, who died at Nyeri Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 21st February, 2003. CAUSE NO. E410 OF 2024 By Patrick Karigu Kibarua, of P.O. Box 2, Giakanja in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justus Kibarua Karigu, who died at Karen Hospital in Kenya, on 27th March, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
