TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E137 OF 2024 By Michael Waweru Karoki, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephat Karoki Waweru, who died at Mwimuto Sub-location, on 3rd February, 2006. CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2024 By Grace Wanja Mbugua, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mbugua Kiarie, who died at Wema Nursing Home, on 21st December, 2013. CAUSE NO. E245 OF 2024 By (1) Raphael Muigai Mwangi, (2) Ezekiel Njoroge Mwangi and (3) Paul Mathew Mbote Mwangi, all of P.O. Box 22564–00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnson Mwangi Gathitho alias Mwangi Gathitho alias Mwangi Gathetho, who died at St. Mulumba Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd September, 2005. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
