Box 2093, Bukura in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Imbuka Luhayi Isiaho alias Embuka Luhayi alias Imbuka Luhayi, who died at Musoli, on 11th September, 2000. CAUSE NO. E909 OF 2024 By Henorey Sore Mukasa, of P.O. Box 104, Shinyalu in Kenya, the deceased’s son for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Daniel Iminyi, who died at Virhembe, on 10th March, 1991. CAUSE NO. E919 OF 2024 By Antony Muchumba Atsango, of P.O. Box 104, Shinyalu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Atsango Muchumba Shilavula alias Atsango Muchumba Shilabula, who died at Virhembe, on 15th November, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
