TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E583 OF 2024 By Joseph Chege Karanja, of P.O. Box 43, Rongai in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Njeri Chege alias Njeri Chege Kariuki, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 7th June, 2022. CAUSE NO. E584 OF 2024 By (1) Joel Chege Nding’ori and (2) Esther Njeri Ndinguri, both of P.O. Box 155, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndinguri Kamau, who died on 25th November, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
