TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E452 OF 2024 By Lydia Ngonyo Wambui, of P.O. Box 197–20107, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monicah Njeri Mwangi, who died at Njoro Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 30th July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E590 OF 2024 By (1) Francis Ndacha Ithabu and (2) Joseph Kariuki Ithabu, both of P.O. Box 500–20107, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hannah Wanja Mwangi, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 12th December, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
