TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E544 OF 2024 By (1) Rita Njeri Mbuthia and (2) Jane Wangari Njenga, both of P.O. Box 21, Bahati in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Njeri John, who died at Gakingi, Subukia, on 7th November, 2002. CAUSE NO E629 OF 2024 By Dorcas Nyambura Njengas, of P.O. Box 1333–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njenga Njoroge alias Njoroge John Njenga, who died on 28th April, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
