E21 OF 2022 By (1) Joel Muriuki Mberia, (2) Antony Gitonga Mberia, (3) Eva Makena Mberia and (4) Grace Kinya Mberia, all of P.O. Box 425– 01001, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and children, respectively, through Messrs. Kamau Nyaga & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Mwari Muriuki, late of Kahawa Sukari, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 5th April, 2021. CAUSE NO. E325 OF 2023 By (1) George Wachuga Maina and (2) Rebecca Wambui Maina, both of P.O. Box 23344–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s children, through Messrs. Shani & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Caroline Wangui Maina, late of Nyeri, who died at Zimmerman Estate, on 5th December, 2000. CAUSE NO. E445 OF 2024 By (1) John Kirika Kimani and (2) Teresia Njeri Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 29199–00625, Kangemi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectievly, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Karanja Kimani, late of Nairobi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 13th August, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
