TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2024 By (1) Jeniffer Jebet Chebii, (2) John Kipkemboi Ruto and (3) Barnabas Kipngetich Rutto, all of P.O. Box 2110, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkendo Koikoch, who died at Kapchepsar, on 24th November, 1999. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2024 By Joseph Chemase Kengo, of P.O. Box 2488–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cherutich Kengo Kipchabergei, who died at Morop Sub-location, on 16th April, 1981. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
