E108 OF 2024 By (1) Iselei Miyanoi Koshoi, (2) Jonathan Sabaya Miyianoi and (3) Kelvin Tipis Miyianoi, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miyianoi Koshooi, who died at Ilongosuani, on 5th October, 2000. CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2024 By (1) Hussein Nangurai Pokeny and (2) Ali Yahya Mohamed Shamuti, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sarah Anana Nagurai, who died at Kinondoni Hospital, Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania, on 1st February, 2005.
