TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E119 OF 2024 By Judith Adhiambo Omondi, of P.O. Box 13845–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Juma Ong’ango, who died at St. Lukes O&T Hospital in Kenya, on 11th October, 2022. CAUSE NO E169 OF 2024 By (1) Agnes Wairimu Ndungu and (2) George Kihara Ndunguo, both of P.O. Box 388, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndungu Karanja, who died at Kihingo Sub-location, on 19th March, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
