Box 45765–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, through Messrs. Waruhiu & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Shah Kantilal Vershi alias Kantilal Vershi Vaghji Shah, late of Nairobi, who died at Aga Khan University Hospital in Kenya, on 16th December, 2023. CAUSE NO. E981 OF 2024 By (1) Segeni Njoroge Ng’ethe, (2) Gachoka Ng’ethe Njoroge and (3) Buchucha Ng’ethe, all of P.O. Box 30384–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s last will, through Messrs. Muriu, Mungai & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Ng’ethe Njoroge, late of Milimani, who died there on 24th December, 2023. CAUSE NO. E1007 OF 2024 By (1) Vincent Nyambane Angwenyi and (2) Philip Ontita Angwenyi, both of P.O. Box 55154–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, through Messrs. Muriu Mungai & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabina Bosibori, late of Nairobi, who died at Aga Khan University Hospital in Kenya, on 31st May, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
