TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2025 By Catherine Dzame Mwachinga, c/o P.O. Box 122–80114, Mazeras in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Willy Ndoro Chai, who died at Mwakirunge, on 16th May, 1993. CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2025 By (1) Mishi Rama Mwachidudu and (2) Juma Lugwe Mwandaza, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lugwe Mwandaza Kafani, who died at Chauringo, on 16th June, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
