TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E233 OF 2025 By Erick Ochieng Omondi, of P.O. Box 167, Sigomere in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ooko Mugenya alias Mugenya Ooko, who died at Rambula, on 17th August, 1989. CAUSE NO. E268 OF 2025 By Eunice Awuor Ochieng, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Yweya Obanda alias Joseph Yueya Obonda, who died at Siaya County, on 9th February 1983. CAUSE NO. E281 OF 2025 By (1) Pamela Adhiambo Onyango and (2) Rojas Ouma Onyango, both of P.O. Box 83, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robinson Onyango Owino, who died on 12th August, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
