E442 OF 2025 By Daniel Were Gonya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jerusalem Okello Ajuok alias Jerusa Okelo Ajuok, who died at Ramula Sub-location, on 1st July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E443 OF 2025 By David Ouko Were, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Were Siadha alias Benson Were Standa, who died at District Hospital, Kisumu in Kenya, on 28th March, 2014. CAUSE NO. E444 OF 2025 By (1) Mildred Apondi Ogada and (2) Caren Aoko Ogada, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Ogada Otiende alias Daniel Oganda, who died at District Hospital, Kisumu in Kenya, on 7th October, 2003. CAUSE NO. E448 OF 2025 By Benson Ojwang’ Were, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Were Owiti alias Were Owiti, who died at Uranga Sub-location, on 7th November, 1988. CAUSE NO. E449 OF 2025 By Wilfrida Achieng Omondi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hesborn Omondi Otiu alias Hesbon Omondi Otiu, who died at Ramula Sub-location, on 5th January, 1998.
