TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2025 By (1) Michael Sawala and (2) Samson Simiyu Matanga, both of P.O. Box 52, Kakunga in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sawala Livaha alias Sawala Libaha, who died at Lukume Sub-;location, on 27th September, 1990. CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2025 By (1) Dominic Musalia Nyaligo, (2) Josephat Lidiji Vodongo and (3) Harun Saganda Idiji, both of P.O. Box 127, Soy in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bery Kabaya Samson, who died at Seregeya, on 19th December, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
