TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E105 OF 2025 By (1) Dorothy Eudias Karimi Mwangi and (2) Clement Mwangi Muriuki, both of P.O. Box 3, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Gatumbi Ng’ang’a, who died at Consolata Mathari Hospital in Kenya, on 27th June, 2025. CAUSE NO. E106 OF 2025 By (1) Jeremiah Mugo Muchira and (2) Jane Njoki Mugo, both of P.O. Box 2, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muchira Kagema, who died at Mutige, on 14th July, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
