Box 13, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanley Miringu Kariithi, who died at Gaichanjiru Hospital in Kenya, on 27th July, 2018. CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2025 By (1) Margaret Waithira Kariuki and (2) Josephat Waweru Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kariuki Kimani, who died on 8th June, 2025. CAUSE NO. E267 OF 2025 By (1) Simon Ngugi Kariuki and (2) Margaret Nyambura Ndichu, both of P.O. Box 490, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndichu Kariuki, who died at Thika Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 8th May, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
