TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E220 OF 2025 By (1) Simon Ndiba Kariuki and (2) Lucy Nyambura Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 167–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kariuki Njambuya, who died at Githiga, Githunguri, on 5th January, 2024. CAUSE NO. E236 OF 2025 By (1) Joseph Kibuika Kibunja and (2) Antonina Wambui Kibunja, both of P.O. Box 303–00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Kibunja Kibuika alias Kibunja Kibuika, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 28th January, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
