TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E284 OF 2025 By Alex Ochieng Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 59–50125, Musanda in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odhiambo Odungo, who died at Ruwe, on 1st June, 1977. CAUSE NO. E285 OF 2025 By Dominick Otieno Okongo, of P.O. Box 98–40607, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Okongo Odero alias Okong’o Odero, who died at Ndenga, on 20th August, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
