TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2025 By Paul Nyongesa Manyifu, of P.O. Box 55, Kimilili in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Manyifu Musamali, who died at Kamukuywa, on 12th May, 1986. CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2025 By Mary Nabulwangwa Masinde, of P.O. Box 35 Chwele in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Biketi Nangendo, who died at Namawanga, on 29th October, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
