E53 OF 2025 By Antony Chisenga Mwajanji, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japhet Benjamin Mwajanji, who died at District Hospital, Kitale in Kenya, on 24th August, 2005. CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2025 By (1) Kadzo Kazungu Kenge and (2) Zawadi Kahindi Kasiwa, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kahindi Kasiwa Kalu, who died on 12th May, 1999. CAUSE NO. E149 OF 2025 By Safari Kahingo Mweni, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kahingo Mweni Ngoi, who died at Nyari, on 8th June, 2004. CAUSE NO. E156 OF 2025 By Kalume Karisa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kahindi Katana, who died on 1st June, 2015. CAUSE NO. E159 OF 2025 By (1) Kache Karisa Unda, (2) Charo Karisa Unda and (3) Margret Mwasaha Gari, the deceased’s widow son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karisa Unda, who died on 5th October, 1999. E162 OF 2025 By (1) Ngala Namba Bemuzigo and (2) Julianah Sidi Namba, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Namba Bemuzigo Ngundo, who died on 13th December, 2004. CAUSE NO. E164 OF 2025 By (1) Kazungu Kahambi Mwayaa and (2) Kahindi Kaingu Mwayaa, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaingu Mwayaa Mwaro alias Kaingu Mwayaa Mwalo, who died on 13th March, 2020.
