CAUSE NO. E169 OF 2025 By Edward Kisaka Nalianya, of P.O. Box 32666–00600, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rachel Lusike Nalyanya, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 7th July, 2024. CAUSE NO. E265 OF 2025 By Moses Makokha Munyole, of P.O. Box 1080–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilfred Juma Munyore, who died on 24th June, 2023. CAUSE NO. E266 OF 2025 By Samwel Gichuru, of P.O. Box 323, Burnt Forest in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Njoki Thairu, who died at Nyahururu Hospital in Kenya, on 9th July, 2000.
