Box 81–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsongok Kogo, who died at Kipsomba, Uasin Gishu, on 19th November, 2024. CAUSE NO. E208 OF 2025 By Jane Jeptum, of P.O. Box 1080–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sawe arap Kiptenai, who died at Koisagat, on 1st April, 2014. CAUSE NO. E249 OF 2025 By Rodah Cherop Rop, of P.O. Box 3404–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kiptarbei Rop, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 10th July, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
