CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2024 By (1) Dickson Wafula Barasa, (2) Dancan Wekesa Barasa and (3) Joseph Bradley Barasa, all of P.O. Box 3127–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Wamalwa Barasa, who died at Nabiswa, on 19th February, 2003.
