TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2025 By Lillian Loisse Anyango Omondi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Daniel Omutanyi Meso, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 20th September, 2024. CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2025 By (1) Caleb Solitei Lewuantai and (2) William Tonkei Lewuantai, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lewuantai Kasenge Lei alias Lewuantai Kasenke, who died at Makindu Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 16th March, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
