TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2025 By (1) Sam Ezbon Mwai Kamande, (2) Judith Nduta Maina and (3) Josephat Mwai Mbuthia, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Njeri Nganga alias Njeri Nganga, who died at St. Mary’s Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 31st July, 2017. CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2025 By Mburu Njuguna Giuti, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuguna Giuti, who died at Olkeri, on 4th December, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
