TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2025 By Josephine Mutindi Kithu, of P.O. Box 1–90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dorothy Nduku Kithu, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Garissa in Kenya, on 28th July, 2004. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2025 By (1) Jemima Beth Kisenga, (2) Onesmus Muthengi Mwendwa and (3) Vincent Mwandwa Paul, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mwendwa Teta, who died at Muthale Hospital in Kenya, on 30th October, 2002. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2025 By Angela Katunge Mukonga, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nganangu Mbibia, who died at Kasanga, on 3rd August, 2008.
